only machines that are true two ups are allowed, i am not sure anyone would look hard enough as you say. But is your familys safety worth the chance?? Two up machins are made for 2 people, better hand and foot holds, a little longer wheel base, etc. I guess it will be up to you if you want to try and get around the rules, but not a good idea, remember this is just my opinion but rules are rules and in place for your safety

Chances are they will spot it at the gate. Someone bought the plastics and new seat to convert it and they spotted it

there you go what a way to get the wife to let you get a new quad, or I really like the side by sides, seat belts roll bars, and more comfortable, and that must have been a kine eye that spotted that, most normal people would not know what quads are 2 up, I know I dont

I already offered to trade in her machine for a new razr, but she wouldn't go for it. I thought she would like it, but she said she likes the 4 wheeler.
