I came out in the jeep a bunch and had a blast. Well I did some tradeing and ended up with a rail buggy street legal. It has mufflers and is fully cagged seatbelts etc. Do I need A some sort of extra spark arrestor and B a helmet? Thanks in advance.

Nothing else will be required as long as it's street legal with seatbelts. So enjoy.
